Post-licensing procedures for representative office in Vietnam Regarding the post-licensing procedures, chief of representative office (RO) should consider below the crucial action:
1) Implement the Initial Personal Income Tax Procedure regarding the all of employees who are working for the Rep Office. 

In addition, this Procedure must be finished within 10 working days from the date of obtaining the License for Establishment of the R.O.

Please kindly empower to your lawyer or let your Internal Accountant or External Accounting Agency contacted with the Division of Personal Income Tax of the Licensing Body to prepare the needed application dossier instantly.

2) Register the Tax Code for the RO.

Upon the getting of Seal of the RO, you should submit the application for Tax Code at the Tax Authority.

3) Open a bank account for the RO. You contact with your financial institution for having detail instruction;

4) Implement the Declaration on Operation of the RO Procedure.

The dossier for this procedure requires:

(i) the Application form;
(ii) the Resume of the entire employees who are working for the RO, which must be verified by the local government in which each employee registered his/her permanent address; and
(iii) the valid Labor Contracts of the entire Vietnamese employees (the foreign employee could use the Appointment Letter as replacement).
