Drafting an employment contract
Legal consultancy service on drafting an employment contract under the Vietnam Labor Law.
When a foreign client is now willing to engage on a legal consultancy on drafting an employment contract.
S&B Law is qualified for above mentioned requirements and is willing to advise Client regarding the above matter.
The scope of services provided by S&B Law to Client as follows: i. Advice for Client all questions relating to the employment contract;
ii. Draft the employment contract in both English and Vietnamese in accordance with the Vietnam law.
iii. Edit the drafted employment contract at maximum of 3 times under Client’s comments.
Means of services: The manner in which the services are to be performed shall be, inter alia, Email; Telephone and/or facsimile and Direct conference;
In no case shall the Services performance rendered by S&B Law create an employer-employee relationship between the Consultant or Lawyer entrusted by S&B Law (“Consultant”) and the Client. The Consultant shall have no right to receive any employee’s benefits including, but not limited to, health and accident insurance, life insurance, sick leave and/or vacation;
Specific hours to be worked by S&B Law’s Consultant shall be determined by S&B Law. Client will rely on S&B Law to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill S&B Law’s Obligations under the request of Client;
Time for which charges apply includes but is not limited to telephone calls, correspondence, emails, meetings, legal analysis and research, review and drafting of documents, depositions, conferences and travel.
